What this page covers
This page covers the public website at runhank.com: the homepage, the guides, and the forms. Data inside the RunHank application (a client company's books, jobs, and invoices) is governed by that client's service agreement, which is stricter than this page, not looser.
What is collected, and where it goes
The demo request and contact forms collect what is typed into them: a name, an email address, a company name, and the message. Each submission is delivered as one email to the RunHank team and lives in that inbox. There is no marketing database behind the forms, no list the address is added to, and no automated sequence that follows.
The website's hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include the visitor's network address, for operations and abuse prevention. Two service providers handle website data in transit: the hosting platform that serves the pages and the email service that delivers form submissions. Neither is permitted to use the data for anything else.
What is not collected
The public pages run no advertising, no third-party analytics, and no tracking cookies. Signing in to the application sets the cookies that keep a session signed in, and nothing else. A theme preference (light or dark) may be stored in the browser itself and is never transmitted.
What never happens
Form submissions are never sold, rented, or shared for marketing. An email address submitted here is used to reply, and for nothing else.
Removal
To have a submission deleted, ask through the contact form and it will be removed from the inbox that holds it.
Changes
If the site starts collecting something new, this page changes first and the date above moves.
